WHEN DO YOUR TRIPS GO?
We have a calendar of events which are open to individuals to join. If you prefer a private group experience we can book dates to suit you.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Medical insurance is mandatory on our events. If you are travelling outside of the UAE with us you should also have travel insurance. Please check that your travel insurance covers the activities you are taking part in.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH TRIP IS RIGHT FOR ME?
Maybe one of our trips excites you or you've always wanted to visit one of our destinations. Perhaps you have a special group of guests to entertain or a magical birthday party in mind. Contact us to make sure that one of our events is right for you or we can work with you to create your own special ocassion.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS AND CANCELLATION POLICY?
A non refundable deposit is required to secure your escape. The balance is due 20 days before your event or on booking if there are less than 20 days until your escape. If you have to cancel we can refund 50% of the balance up until 1 week before your event. We cannot offer a refund if you cancel less than 1 week before.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
We consider carefully the time of year that events are scheduled for to avoid extreme conditions. If there is any doubt about the weather then we will discuss alternative dates or locations with you.
WILL I BE ABLE TO MANAGE THE LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY?
Each event has a description of the terrain and any expected distances and times. We can also provide a training programme if you are signing up for a multi day escape. Of course you can contact us any time with any questions.
WILL I NEED ANY SPECIAL EQUIPMENT?
A comprehensive kit list will be provided for your event. In case any specialist kit is required we can provide you with information about where it can be purchased. For some of our events specialist equipment will be provided, for example gaiters for our desert treks and safety helmets for our more extreme wadi adventures.
HOW DO I FIND OUT ABOUT VISA REQUIREMENTS?
Our clients are from all over the world and visa requirements can be different depending on your nationality. Please check with your relevant embassy.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORT?
Transport can be provided at additional cost. We can offer you the choice of a fleet of luxury 4X4s or a group minibus, depending on the event. We can also lead you in a convoy of your own transportation or simply meet you at the starting point for your adventure if you choose to arrange your own travel.
ARE YOUR GUIDES QUALIFIED?
All of our guides are first aid trained. Some of our guides have specialist qualifications including mountain leadership, mountain biking, boat handling, languages and navigation. We will have the most qualified and experienced guide for your adventure
